Consultation Services

Calldoc Ltd provides an online platform for patients to connect with licensed doctors for medical consultations.

Consultations are conducted via video or telephone, as chosen by the patient during the booking process.

The doctors available on the Calldoc platform are independent contractors and are not employed by Calldoc Ltd.

Calldoc is not connected with any ambulance or other emergency services services .

Doctor-Patient Relationship

The doctor-patient relationship is established solely between the patient and the contracted doctor providing the consultation.

Calldoc Ltd is not a healthcare provider and does not provide medical advice. The platform serves as a facilitator connecting patients with licensed doctors.

Eligibility

Consultations are available to individuals over the age of 18 or minors with the consent and supervision of a legal guardian.

Patients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their medical history and current health condition.

Booking and Payments

Consultation fees are determined by the contracted doctor and are payable in advance through the Calldoc website.

Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by the doctor or in case of technical issues preventing the consultation.

Privacy and Confidentiality

Calldoc Ltd is committed to protecting patient privacy and complies with applicable data protection laws.

Patient information, including medical history, is kept confidential and is only shared with the doctor for the purpose of the consultation.

Limitation of Liability

Calldoc Ltd is not liable for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information provided by the contracted doctors.

Calldoc Ltd is not responsible for any actions or omissions of the contracted doctors during or after the consultation.

Technical Issues

Calldoc Ltd will make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform's availability and functionality but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Calldoc Ltd is not liable for any technical issues, including but not limited to, internet connectivity problems, hardware failures, or software issues.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

By booking a consultation with Calldoc Ltd, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with the booking. Calldoc Ltd reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
