How It Works

1. Complete an Online Assessment

Answer a few questions about your symptoms and medical history. Based on your responses, we'll advise whether an online consultation or an in-person GP or emergency department visit is the most appropriate next step.

One of our experienced doctors will review your information, discuss your concerns during your consultation, and recommend the most appropriate treatment or follow-up care based on your clinical needs.
